Schedules
- Reception (High Season): From 8:30 to 23:00 p.m.
- Bar: From 8:30 to 22:00 (low season) / From 8:00 to 23:30 (high season)
- Supermarket: From 8:30 to 22:00 (low season) / From 8:00 to 22:30 (high season)
- Restaurant: Reservation is required. Open from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 22:00 p.m.
- Check-in (Camping): From 12:00 p.m. For arrivals outside reception hours, please contact us by phone.
- Check-out: Before 12:00 p.m. It is mandatory to return the access card before leaving the campsite. In case of loss, damage, or failure to return, a fee of €8.00 per card will be charged.
- Quiet Hours: Silence must be respected from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Music is prohibited in outdoor areas. Music inside bungalows must be kept at a moderate volume. Reception reserves the right of admission.
General Services and Rules
- Activities: We organize adventure activities for all levels. Starting from €50 per person with a professional guide and equipment. Book at reception or via email.
- Equipment Rental: We rent wetsuits, water shoes, backpacks, helmets, equipped harnesses, waterproof barrels, anchor ropes, via ferrata sets, etc.
- Hiking & Local Info: Ask at reception for maps and information on hiking, canyoning, tourist attractions, swimming spots, climbing guides, and other activities in the area.
- Free Wi-Fi: Ask for the access code at reception.
- Laundry: Located in the service building, in the men's bathroom. Price: €5 (token available at the supermarket).
- Electricity: For your convenience, we recommend bringing your own extension cord and power strip.
- Incidents: If you experience any issues during your stay, please inform reception so we can resolve them as soon as possible. We also appreciate being notified if any kitchenware or furniture is missing, if cleanliness is not up to standard, or if you were not treated kindly by any member of our team.
- Pet Policy: We have apartments available for guests with pets. It is mandatory to inform us during your reservation. Pets must have all documents in order, be kept on a leash, not relieve themselves on the premises, and are not allowed on beds or sofas. If any damage is caused, the cost of repair or replacement must be paid at reception.
- Phone Coverage: There is no Orange network coverage.
