- Reception - Hours - High season: from 8:00 to 23:30, for any emergency outside reception hours: 626841753
- Telephone: there is a public booth in the bar and mobile coverage (except Orange)
- Bar: hours from 8:30 to 20:00 (low season) from 8:00 to 23:30 (high season)
- Restaurant: It is essential to reserve a table. Hours: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Supermarket: Hours from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (low season) from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (high season)
- Free Wifi: Ask for access code at reception.
- Washing machines: Located in the services building. Price €5 (purchase token in the supermarket).
- Activities: We organize adventure activities for all levels. From €50 per person with professional monitor and material. Reserve at reception
- Wetsuits: We rent wetsuits, booties, backpacks, helmets, equipped harnesses, watertight drums, anchor ropes, via ferrata set, etc. Consult at reception
- Information about routes: Ask us at reception for information and plans for hiking, canyoning, points of tourist interest, bathing areas, a climbing guide and other activities to do in the area.
- Check out: 12:00 p.m. Sometimes we allow you to leave after this time if the bungalow is not going to be occupied that same day by another client. Check at reception.
- Incidents: If you have any incident during your stay, please notify us at reception so we can solve it as soon as possible. We would also appreciate it if you let us know if any of the household items or furniture are missing, if the cleaning is not as expected or if you have not been treated kindly by a member of our team.
- Silence: You must respect silence from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Music is prohibited in outdoor areas. The music inside the bungalow must be at a moderate volume. Reception reserves the right of admission.
- Bungalow capacity: All people sleeping in the bungalow must register at reception. The price of the bungalow varies depending on the people who sleep in it. Babies under 24 months do not pay.
- Pet policy: We have apartments for clients with pets. It is mandatory to communicate this during the reservation process. You must bring all their papers in order, they must be tied, not relieve themselves in the enclosure and not climb on the beds or sofa. If they cause damage, you must pay the cost of the repair or replacement at reception.
- Cribs and extra beds: Ask for them at reception. The price of extra beds is €20. The crib is free.
- Sheets and towels: They are not included in the bungalow. You can request them in advance for a cost of €10 per bungalow.
- Light, gas and water: Please make sure that all lights are turned off when you leave the bungalow, taps and the gas valve are closed (inside the kitchen cabinets). Also, turn off the gas when you go to sleep. Please help us respect the environment with responsible consumption.
