What is canyoning? Canyoning is a sport that combines trekking and speleology techniques.
It consists of following the river course equipped with wetsuits through the canyon, swimming, jumping, going down slides, descending on ropes, etc.
In Guara you can find canyons for all levels, even for families with kids can enjoy this funny activity.
Place: Sierra de Guara (Huesca); Formiga, Oscuros de Balcés, Peonera, Vero, Barranco Fondo, Barrasil, Gorgas Negras, Mascún Superior, etc.

Physical conditions: good physical condition, not being pregnant, being able to swim, not having incompatible chronic diseases.

Age: average level, from 7 years old onwards; high level, over 18 years old. Children must be accompanied by their parents.

Knowledge and experience: average level, not needed; high level, experience required (to be valued by the guide).

Weather conditions: it is needed that it doesn’t rain and that the riverbed is appropriate (it will be evaluated by the guide the day itself)
