Rules and general services

  • Reception High season opening time: from 8.30h to 22.00h. For any emergency out of the opening time:  626841753
    Telephone There is a public pone box at the bar and mobile range (except for Orange)
  • Bar Opening time from 8.30h to 22.00h (low season) from 8.00h to 23.30h (high season)
  • Restaurant Essential to book a table. Opening time: from 13.00h to 16.00h and from 20.00h to 22.00h
  • Supermarket Opening time from 8.30h to 22.00h (low season) from 8.00h to 22.30h (high season)
  • Free Wi-fi Ask for the password at the reception.
  • Washing machines Located at the facilities building. Price 5€ (get a token at the supermarket).
  • Activities We organise adventure activities for all levels . From 50€ per person, guide and material included. Booking at the reception.
  • Wetsuits We rent wetsuits, wetsuit socks, backpacks (special canyon), helmets, harnesses, waterproof boxes, carabiners, lanyards for via ferrata etc. More information at the reception.
  • Routes Don’t hesitate to ask at the reception for maps and guides for hikes, canyons, places of interest, swimming areas, climbing and other activities practised in the area of Sierra de Guara.
  • Check out Check-out time is before 12.00 noon. If you need to stay a little longer in the bungalow, please contact the reception to see if it remains free or not.
  • Incidents If you happen to have any problems during your stay, please contact the reception to let us solve them ASAP. We also appreciate your letting us know if the apartment lacks any of its inventory. Please let us now also if the cleaning service isn’t satisfactory or if any of our staff members is not kind enough.
  • Cleaning service Cleaning service or making up beds during your stay is not included. There is a broom, a bucket, detergent and a sponge in every bungalow. The bungalow should be left in a similar state in which you find it. If not you must pay 40€.
  • Silence All clients should keep quiet from 23.00 to 9.00. It is forbidden to play music outside the bugalows and please keep it down indoors. The reception staff claims a right to intervene.
  • Bungalows capacity: All the people sleeping in the bungalow must check in at the reception. The price of the apartment depends on the number of people. We don’t charge for babies under 24 months.
  • Pets:  It is obligatory to mention it in the booking  though. Please bring your pet’s vaccination papers, keep your pet always on a leash, make sure it doesn’t defecate in the hotel area and don’t let it into the bed and on the sofa. If it causes any damage, you will be charged for the reparation or replacement of what has been broken.
  • Bed sheets and towels: Sheets and towels are not included. If you need it please ask us in advance. The price is 5€ per person.
